I received a copy of the soon-to-be-released Quoteskine book and just had to blog about it…
It’s a quirky little book by illustrator and graphic designer Lee Crutchley (who has been described as Banksy with a sketchbook!) and is packed full of his witty, funny, sharp and silly doodles and drawings.
With some swear words this book is for adults only and isn’t going to be to everyones taste… As with Marmite you’ll either love it or hate it!
Quoteskine celebrates the love of drawing and the music, films and current events that inspire each image.
It’s an opportunity for other artists, sketchers and doodle-lovers to own a chunk of Lee’s creative mind, to have a book that you can flick through and chuckle over – and even doodle in yourself.

Designs by Nyxxie can be categorized as cute, clean, modern, funny and colorful with designs for the holidays – you must check out the Christmas designs! – plus kids designs, food designs, animals and more! Each design is well thought out, quality over quantity is the motto at Nyxxie designs, but that’s not to say they don’t have an array of wonderful designs… How you’ll decide which design is a favorite I do not know!

Mariana of Floating Lemons is one of “the” people to inspire me. Ok, so she is an artist who does the most fabulous color pencil drawings and I’m more of a photographer but to see someone doing something they love… being successful from it… It’s something for me to live up to!
